TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using the services of Exquisite Weddings Turkey you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms & conditions.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS – Once you have chosen a package, venue & date, a 25%non-refundable deposit is payable by bank transfer into our UK bank account. Upon receipt of these funds you will be sent a booking acknowledgment for detailing the agreed package & services Exquisite Weddings Turkey are to provide. Anything not contained in this document is not considered to be a part of the contract so please read through carefully to ensure all agreed elements have been included. Final outstanding payments must be received 8 weeks before the wedding date. Any changes in party numbers can be made up until this time.

BOOKING CHANGES - In the event of a change of venue made by you, before the final payment is made, we will attempt to rebook, but this will depend on availability & may incur extra charges. Changes in party numbers can be made up until the final payment is due & the last payment will be adjusted accordingly. Any changes after the final payment has been made will need to be paid direct in resort to your wedding co coordinator.

CANCELLATIONS – Up to 8 weeks before the wedding date, cancellation fees are 25%. After this time 100% - at the discretion of Exquisite Weddings Turkey Packages.

PACKAGES – The packages detailed on this website are not fixed & can be adjusted depending on requirements, venue & party size. Additions & deductions can be made to these packages or entirely tailor made packages can be created. After you have paid your 25% deposit you are free to make any changes up until 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. The final agreed package will be those services listed on the Booking Acknowledgment form. Prices vary between venues, locations & regions.

DELAYS / POSTPONEMENT – Late arrival or delays as a result of a breakdown in any part of your holiday or travel booking that results in a change of timings, date or venue may incur extra charges with rearrangement dependent on availability of the local officials & / or venue.

EXTRA SERVICES – Our packages are fully flexible with any available elements being deductible or includable as you require. Only those services included in the booking acknowledgment document will be considered part of our contractual obligation to you. Extra detailing can be added in at any time up to 8 weeks before the wedding date, with adjustments on the final payment accordingly. A list of extra services is shown in this website.

FLOWERS – Where possible at the time of booking Exquisite Weddings Turkey will advise upon the availability of any requested flowers & will endeavour to match colours / types to the clients satisfaction. Availability is dependent upon the growing season & suppliers, therefore desired colours & specific flowers may not always be obtainable. In this event Exquisite Weddings Turkey will provide the best match to your selection.

HAIR / MAKE UP –. Styles can be replicated & it is recommended brides bring a picture of whatever style they have in mind. Any decorative pins, grips, headdresses etc must be supplied by you. For any extra beauty treatments eg: manicures, pedicures, these must be paid directly to the salon. Any extra people for beauty treatments, please advise your wedding planner at your pre wedding meeting, but again this will be payable direct to the salon.

DECORATION – The ceremony and reception areas decoration are included in all packages, except our Bronze package.  We will always try to match your choice of colour, but will always offer the closest comparison, if original is not available. You may bring your own decorations, please give these to your wedding co coordinator at your pre wedding meeting.
Ceremony area: Marquee area, aisle, all seating for guests.
Reception Area: Top table & all guests’ tables, all seating.

HOLIDAYS – Any holidays, flights, hotels, transfers etc booked through Holiday Mate form no part of your contract with Exquisite Weddings Turkey, neither will any aspect of wedding services provided by Exquisite Weddings Turkey form any basis of your contract with Holiday Mate  - the two companies are entirely separate & services / payments are not interchangeable.

LEGALITIES – You are entirely responsible for providing the correct documentation required to get married in Turkey. We cannot accept liability for cancelled weddings due to incorrect, misspelt or absent paperwork. Please ensure you have all the items of paperwork required before you travel & that you remember to bring them with you. Please note all documents must be originals not copies. For details of what documents you need to bring, please refer to the GETTİNG MARRIED IN TURKEY Section. 

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO– Sizes of photo prints are standard 13cm x 18cm. Further prints & images are available at an extra cost to what is already included in your package. The photographer will endeavour to produce the best colour & quality possible. Videos will have titles & a soundtrack.

TIMINGS – Generally wedding ceremonies start between 5pm & 6pm, with receptions starting around 19.30 & ending at midnight

WEATHER – Whilst the sun shines for more than 300 days in this area of Turkey there can be occasional storms & showers during the summer season. We will endeavour wherever possible to monitor forecasts for your wedding date & will advise you should we feel changes need to be made to accommodate adverse conditions. We cannot however, be held liable or responsible for any conditions outside our control (rain, storms, cloud, high winds, extreme temperatures, mist, earthquakes).

TRANSPORT –This will be provided as per your request in your package details. Please ensure you and your guests are at the designated pick up points at the correct times, as we will not wait for late arrivals.

DRINKS – All drinks prices are correct at time of booking, but may be subject to change. Any drinks that are not part of the 4 hour drinks package must be paid to the venue direct. Exquisite Weddings will not take any responsibility for non-payment of bills.
