Your Exquisite Weddings co coordinator will guide you through the whole process, and will offer you alternatives where your first choice is not available.
Any last minute detailing and finalising will be done in resort, with your Exquisite Weddings coordinator at your pre wedding meeting, eg: seating plans, where applicable, guest transfer pick up points. Exquisite Weddings, will only ever have 1 wedding per day, so you can be guaranteed, your wedding co coordinator will be with you every step of the way, from start to finish.
BOOKING YOUR WEDDING
After you have decided and agreed on your package contents, you will need to pay a 25% non refundable deposit, by bank transfer into our UK account, to secure the date and venue. The earlier you can do this, the better, so you are guaranteed the date and venue of your choice. On receipt of your deposit, we will issue you with a Booking Acknowledgement Form, which will detail all the items included in your wedding package. Please read through this to ensure everything you requested is itemised on the form, as this makes up your contract with Exquisite Weddings Turkey.
The final payment is due 8 weeks prior to your wedding date, and up until this time, any changes can be made to your package, and the final payment adjusted accordingly. Your Exquisite Weddings co coordinator will contact you, to advise you when this payment should be made. After this payment has been made, any changes you wish to make will be at the discretion of Exquisite Weddings Turkey.

You should plan to arrive in Turkey at least 3 working days before your actual wedding day, as you will both be required to visit the British Consulate & Turkey Governorship, to get the CNI translated & approved.
You will both be required to have a health certificate issued by the local health clinic in the council area you will be marrying. This is a mere formality and will be done on the same day as your consulate visit.
It is also necessary to be in Turkey at least 1 working day after the wedding, so that we can register the marriage with the local Honorary Consulate, who will send a copy of your marriage registration to your local registry office in England. This will mean your marriage is registered & legal in England.
Exquisite Weddings Turkey will arrange the appointments, transport & provide English speaking personnel to assist you throughout the procedures.
For non UK nationals, procedures may differ, so please contact either your embassy, or Exquisite Weddings Turkey, for more advice on what is required.
